Programs
One open door, one exposure to a new opportunity, one new skill, one new experience can change the trajectory of a life. Hope Vision Center is a catalyst for that change. Each year our classes and programs serve hundreds of individuals by providing educational services, enrichment opportunities, food service, social and emotional support, workforce development activities, family workshops and other services. This is a one-stop-shop of community and social resources provided by our highly qualified team of volunteers, community leaders, teachers, professionals and business leaders.
Hope Education Center
Our education center is a hub for learning, fun, and community! The center offers a variety of tutoring and enrichment courses, such as English Language Arts Tutoring, Math Tutoring, STEM Lab, Arts and Crafts, Zumba and Dance. We partner with various vendors to offer quality resources to students, parents, and adults. A few of our partners are Elite Academic Academy, Raize Dance Studio and Ms. Jeri's Zumba Fitness!
Workshops
Partnering with local businesses and community organizations, HOPE hosts a variety of personal and professional development workshops to improve quality of life for individuals and families within our community. Some of the workshops include Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University, first-time home buyers seminars, parenting workshops, and many more.
Food Pantry
Approximately 9.8% of Riverside County residents are “food insecure”, which means many families do not have enough food. That comes down to one in eight people are struggling with hunger; one in five children are struggling with hunger. Together with our partner Praise & Worship Center, we are addressing this need by distributing food to families in need every month. Additionally, our food pantry hosts nutrition education workshops, health screenings, seasonal food baskets, and annual clothes, toys, and school supply drives.
